Sometimes gathering your young children together for portraits can be difficult, but so it’s so important since they grow up so fast! I know that I am thankful that my parents took lots of photos of my sister and growing up because now I have something to look back on.

Amanda wanted photos of her three beautiful children in an outdoor setting! Haydn, the youngest, had lots of energy and her older siblings spent some time chasing her around, which made for some great candid shots. I like to work with however the session goes. If it means organized chaos, then we’ll go with that! As a photographer, we roll with the punches.

At the end of the session, we ventured out to the beach for sunset and Amanda and her husband even joined for a couple photos! I think it made for a great family portrait for them.
